Tariffs

Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured. Rates include weekly servicing and rates are subject to alteration without notice. Check-in at 2.00pm / Check-out at 10.00am

Deposits/Payments

A deposit of $200 per apartment booking ($500.00 for peak period) is required to confirm the booking. Longer term rentals attract a greater deposit. Balance of account is payable on arrival.

We accept most credit cards (not amex or diners) and cash

Identification

For security a current credit card and photo I.D. will need to be produced on check-in. Unit Allocation All effort will be made by management to place guests in a requested unit. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative unit will be allocated. Guests must only park cars in designated areas. Only the number of people shown on the receipts/booking slip may stay in the apartment overnight.

Conditions

The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate Property caused by the guest. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose.

Neither the Body Corporate, the Managers, or the Apartment Owners are liable for any damage or loss of property which a guest may sustain while in the complex or its property. The By-Laws, Rules and Regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The apartment must be vacated if after receiving a warning any guest (or their visitors) fails to comply. (Where guests have been requested to refrain from excessive noise or behaviour and continue to offend, the Management reserve the right to immediately terminate the tenancy). The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.

Cancellations

If a booking is cancelled, no refund of the deposit shall be made unless the apartment is re-let for the same period as originally booked. A cancellation will attract a $50.00 administration fee. There will be no refund for early departure.

Pets

Sorry pets are not permitted on the premises.
