TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tariffs
Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where
a booking has been
Confirmed by a receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted
will be honoured.
Deposits/Payments
A deposit of $200 (extra for peak period & penthouse)
is required within 7 days to confirm the booking.
Long term rentals attract a greater deposit. Balance of account is payable on arrival.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and Cash
Identification
A current credit card and photo I.D.will need to be
produced on check in.
Unit Allocation
All effort will be made by management to place guests
in a requested unit. Where circumstances beyond our
control prevent this, an alternative unit will be
allocated. Guests must only park cars in designated
areas. Only the number of people shown on the receipts/booking
slip may stay in the apartment overnight.
Conditions
The guest will be liable for payment of any charges
incurred together with all replacements and necessary
costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and
its contents or the Body Corporate Property caused
by the guest.
The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager nor the Apartment
Owner is liable for any damage or loss of property
which a guest may sustain while on the complex.
The By-Laws, Rules and Regulations of the complex
and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be
complied with. The apartment must be vacated if after
receiving a warning, any guest (or their visitors)
fails to comply. (Where guests have been requested
to refrain from excessive noise or behaviour and continue
to offend, the Management reserves the right to immediately
terminate the tenancy).
The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time
with reasonable notice and at any time without notice
if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been
a breach of these conditions.
Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled, no refund of the deposit
shall be made unless the apartment is re-let for the
same period as originally booked. A cancellation will
attract a $50.00 administration fee. There will be
no refund for early departure.
Pets
Sorry pets are not permitted on the premises.
